PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE
MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS:
1. Please only use the New Client button the first time you sign up. After you have created your User
Name/ID and password, please click on the Existing Client Button for future visits to the reservation
system.
2. ONLY USE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AS YOUR USER NAME/ID. Using your email address will help
to specifically link you to your pets and their visits.
3.Please do not forget to write your password down so you remember it. I suggest using a pet's
name.
4. If you have any problems, please DO NOT recreate your profile, this will only caused missed visits.
5. PLEASE DO NOT PUT IN ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ALARM SYSTEM!!
6. If you need to add a new Veterinarian, please add it in the following format:
Dr. First and Last Name, Name of Vet Clinic/Hospital
7. DON'T FORGET TO HIT THE SAVE BUTTON after creating your profile and your pets' profiles
8. Please make sure to check your Spam folders for your confirmation emails and mark them as
Not Spam so that you will receive them in your Inbox in the future.
9. Remember, no reservation is complete until you have completed a Meet and Greet visit with your
sitter. All paperwork will be completed at that visit.
10. Any reservations that are LESS than 7 days from today, please email or call the office.
